A Bellmer GmbH, uma líder internacional no fornecimento de máquinas para papel e papelcartão, tem anunciou o fechamento bem-sucedido de sua aquisição da Cellwood Machinery AB, fabricante sueca reconhecida globalmente por seus sistemas para reciclagem de papel recuperado e pré-tratamento para bioenergia.
Após a assinatura do acordo em meados de setembro de 2025 e a conclusão de todas as condições regulatórias e contratuais, a transação foi oficialmente finalizada no final de outubro de 2025.

A Cellwood Machinery AB, com suas subsidiárias na Alemanha, Canadá e China, além de equipes de vendas e serviços no Vietnã e na Índia, passa agora a operar como parte do Grupo Bellmer. O processo de integração já está em andamento, com forte foco em continuidade, inovação e satisfação do cliente.

Bellmer Successfully Closes the Acquisition of Cellwood Machinery AB
Bellmer GmbH, a leading international supplier of paper and board machinery, is pleased to announce the successful closing of its acquisition of Cellwood Machinery AB, a glob-ally recognized Swedish manufacturer of systems for wastepaper recycling and bioener-gy pre-treatment.
Following the signing of the agreement in mid-September 2025 and the completion of all regulatory and contractual conditions, the transaction was officially closed at the end of October 2025.

The integration process is already underway, with a strong focus on con-tinuity, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
