O grupo internacional de tecnologia ANDRITZ iniciou uma linha de fibras e um forno de cal de última geração altamente eficiente na fábrica de celulose e papel da Nanning Sun Paper em Nanning, província de Guangxi, China.
Zang Zijia, diretor de Projeto da Nanning Sun Paper, disse: “A inicialização da linha de fibras e do forno de cal ocorreu muito bem. O projeto progrediu rapidamente, o teste de inicialização foi concluído dentro de um mês após a alimentação e agora o equipamento está estável.”
O fornecimento da ANDRITZ foi baseado em EPS (Engenharia, Aquisição, Supervisão) completo e incluiu a maior linha de fibra de alto kappa da China, com capacidade de 1.600 adt/d. A linha de fibra curta inclui um sistema de alimentação de cavacos TurboFeed, cozimento contínuo Lo-Solids, refinadores de linha de sopro, sala de peneiramento, refinadores LC e lavagem altamente eficiente com um lavador de deslocamento de tambor DD-Washer de vários estágios, um lavador de filtro de tambor a vácuo avançado GF-Filter e uma prensa de lavagem COMPACT PRESS, além de um forno de cal energeticamente eficiente com capacidade de 450 t/d de cal queimada
English Version ANDRITZ starts up largest high-kappa fiberline in China for Nanning Sun Paper
International technology group ANDRITZ has started up a state-of-the-art, highly efficient fiberline and lime kiln plant at Nanning Sun Paper’s pulp and paper mill in Nanning, Guangxi Province, China.
Zang Zijia, Project Director, Nanning Sun Paper, said, “Start-up of the fiberline and lime kiln went very smoothly. The project progressed quickly, the start-up test was completed within one month after feeding, and now the equipment is running stably.”
The ANDRITZ supply was on full EPS (Engineering, Procurement, Supervision) basis and included the following: The largest high-kappa fiberline in China with a capacity of 1,600 adt/d. The hardwood line includes a TurboFeed chip feeding system, Lo-Solids continuous cooking, blow line refiners, screen room, LC refiners and highly efficient washing with a multi-stage DD-Washer drum displacer washer, a GF-Filter advanced vacuum drum filter washer and a COMPACT PRESS wash press, and an energy-efficient lime kiln plant with a capacity of 450 t/d burnt lime.
